Terms & Conditions

Article 1 - Object
These Conditions of Sale concern the purchase of products and/or services carried out remotely by means of telematic network on the zedstore.it website belonging to Simon s.r.l. Every purchase transaction shall be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999 and Legislative Decree No. 196/03 "Personal Data Protection Code", which governs the processing of personal data, also held abroad, carried out by anyone who is resident or based in Italy.

Article 2 - Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
By submitting their purchase order electronically, the Customer declares that they have read the terms and conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchasing procedure.

Article 3 - Purchase modalities and prices
Before confirming the purchase, the total cost of the order will be summarised to the Customer, and he/she will have the option of modifying all or part of that order, or cancelling it completely. Product prices are clearly indicated on the site and include VAT. To the price of the product must be added the shipping cost, the amount of which may change depending on the delivery method requested and/or the total amount of the order. In the case that the product is not available, you will be informed by e-mail. Simon s.r.l. reserves the right to change the prices indicated on the zedstore.it website without prior notice.

Article 4 - Shipping and Payment
The shipping terms can be viewed on the "Shipping" page in the Customer Service section. The times indicated for delivery terms are purely indicative and are in no way binding on Simon s.r.l.. Payment methods can be found on the "Payment Methods" page in the Customer Service section.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal
According to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, our Customers defined by the decree as 'consumers' have the right to return within 14 days from delivery of the goods. The withdrawal shall be communicated by fax or email. Within 14 working days, the customer must return the goods undamaged and in their original packaging. Shipping costs shall be paid by the customer. The time limit within the refund is to be made is in 14 days, the return of the amount will be made by the same means used for the payment. Article 7 - Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These Conditions of Sale may be changed by Simon s.r.l. without prior notice and shall be valid from the date of publication on the zedstore.it website. It is understood that these Terms of Sale are in any event subject to Italian law and all disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of L'Aquila.
