WHEN AND WHY CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days (from the day you received the product) to return it and receive a refund of the amount paid.
The returned product must be in exactly the same condition as when you received it and must have, as far as possible, the same original packaging and all labels and warranty sheets (if provided). In addition, the product must be sent in the same box in which it was received and it is recommended that you use a plastic bag to protect the product from moisture, rain or dirt. Make sure that the package has been closed properly. This will make the process easier and faster.
If you want to exchange the product for a different one, you will have to place a new order.


HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

If one or more of the products ordered do not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days (from the day you received the product).
The return may concern all items of your order, or even only a part of it.

  1. Activate the return procedure, from your reserved area > Orders and Invoices
    On the line of the order to be returned, click on the symbol .
    The return page will open. In the section "Choose how you would like to return the items" you must choose either "Collection at home" or "Shipping costs to be paid by the customer" as the return option;

Before you return a product , we ask that you carefully check that all of the conditions described below are fulfilled:

- make a return request within 14 days (from the day you received the product)

- the products must be correctly positioned and packaged. The return package must be well closed and sealed with a suitable tape.

- the products must have the brand's fabric labels firmly attached, and the tag perfectly intact, in no way and for no reason must they have been removed from their original position, nor must any other object or accessory originally applied to the product be removed

- each product must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped, must not be in any way: stained, damaged, washed, ironed, improperly worn, and must not show creases resulting from neglect.

If even one of the aforementioned conditions is not met, Simon s.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the return, and the goods will be sent back at the customer's cost.

Returns in Italy

The “Home pickup” service of returned parcels for Italy is free of charge.
Once the item is returned to our warehouse, after we have checked its good condition, the amount of the returned goods will be refunded (estimated refund time 14 working days). Shipping and related costs (delivery, express shipping) are not included in the refund.

By choosing the service “Shipping charged to the customer”, the cost of the return is paid by the customer and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Returns in Europe

The “Home pickup” service for parcels from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain and Hungary has a cost of €12,00.

The “Home pickup” service for parcels from Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden and Serbia costs €19,90.

The “Home pickup” service of returned parcels from Finland and Cyprus has a cost of €38,00.

The “Home pickup” service of returned parcels from Malta has a cost of €25,00.

Once the item is returned to our warehouse, after we have checked that it is in good condition, the amount of the returned goods will be refunded (estimated refund time 14 working days), less the cost of return shipping. Shipping and related costs (delivery, express shipping) are not included in the refund.

By choosing the service “Shipping charged to the customer”, the cost of the return is paid by the customer and will not be refunded under any circumstances. It will be up to the customer to organize the return shipment, choosing the courier independently.
